What JobRadarly does
Most job sites are built to keep you scrolling. JobRadarly does the opposite: it reads companies’ own job boards, drops every posting that misses your role, your location or your salary floor, and shows you the few that are left. Some days that is three. Some days it is zero, and it says so instead of padding the list.
Principles
- Company boards only. Postings come from the employers’ own public career boards, not from sites that repost them.
- Every job links to its source. You apply on the company’s own page; JobRadarly never applies for you.
- “First seen” on every posting, so you know how fresh it is.
- A reason for every pick. If a job is on your list, you can see which of your rules it passed.
- Your data stays in your browser. Profile, saved jobs and applications live in this browser’s storage. The optional AI fit review is the only feature that sends anything you typed, and only when you press the button — see the privacy page.
Where things stand
JobRadarly is live. Browsing, filtering, saving jobs and opening an employer's posting are free, always. The AI fit review is sold in point packs (see pricing) and you get 5 free points when your email is verified. You sign in with a one-time email link — there is no password and no card on file. The sample jobs on the home page use fictional companies to show how the list looks.

Who runs JobRadarly?
JobRadarly is a small independent project run by one person. It is not affiliated with any job board, recruiter or employer whose postings it links to.
How do I report a wrong or expired listing?
Email [email protected] with the link to the posting. Because JobRadarly reads boards when you open the page, a listing reflects what the company published at that moment; it is not a confirmation that the role is still open.
Is JobRadarly the same as "Job Radar"?
Yes. The product was shown as Job Radar during early testing and now uses the same name as its domain, jobradarly.com.
